Pros: you don't have to worry about getting lost, the people live really close to you if you ever have a problem, you are never alone because you get to have a lot of neighbors you can depend on.
Cons: there isn't really any places to go to just to hang out, except for the creek or to Larry's corner store! There needs to be some kind of store or something.
