Pros: I think martins ferry is a great place to raise children because it is a small town and has that small town feeling to it.
Cons: I feel there are a lot of areas in ferry that could use being cleaned up and make it the beautiful town that it once was.
This is a good place to gather with friends and remember all the good things.
