Essex Fells, NJ

Pros: Quiet enclave, winding roads, large shade trees and estate-like homes make Essex Fells feel like a piece of country only 22 miles from New York City...

Cons: Low housing inventory, shares high school with neighboring Caldwells (though a great school).

This is a good place to Ice Skate in the winter
Bike and run
Fish

General info: Only appx 750 homes, neighbors Roseland, Caldwell and Verona.
