Fells Point is a neighborhood of Baltimore
The community was named for William Fell, landowner, and his son Edward Fell, who platted the community.
The neighborhood is on Northwest Harbor.
Frederick Douglass spent time here as a youth in the 1820s learning to read.
Early shipbuilding center. The USS Constellation and the USS Enterprise were built here.
Known for its cobblestoned streets.
