FINDING A FUTURE

Where are people in their 20s choosing to live? An analysis of data recently released by the U.S. Census Bureau shows that in 1995-2000 they favored Georgia and North Carolina.

They left New York in droves - and this was before the terrorism of Sept. 11, 2001. And in a dramatic turnaround from the 1990s, they also left California.
